Taking the first step can feel intimidating. My goal is to make this process simple and clear. At this time, I provide telehealth therapy to clients located in Ohio through Insight Counseling & Wellness. Although I am licensed in both Illinois and Ohio, I am currently only seeing Ohio-based clients through the practice.
What Happens Next?
Step 1: 15-Minute Phone Consultation
We’ll schedule a brief call to discuss what you’re looking for, answer questions about ERP, and determine if we’re a good fit.
Step 2: Insurance Verification
If you plan to use insurance, we will verify your benefits before scheduling your first session.
Step 3: Intake Paperwork
Once insurance is verified (or self-pay is confirmed), you’ll receive intake paperwork electronically.
Step 4: First Session
Our first appointment will involve assessment and focusing on understanding your specific anxiety pattern and outlining a treatment plan.

A Note About Fit
ERP is an active, structured treatment approach. If you’re looking for therapy specifically for OCD or anxiety and are willing to practice skills between sessions, this may be a strong fit. If you’re unsure, the consultation call is a great place to start.
